A tough macroeconomic environment, geopolitical turbulence and an increasingly litigious attitude to corporations is presenting in-house litigators with new challenges to overcome.
The 2023 edition of The Lawyer’s Managing Risk and Litigation conference considered how in-house litigators can respond to known and emerging risks, while embracing opportunities for growth and innovation. Sessions will consider how organisations can respond to greenwashing class actions, the benefits generative AI could bring for litigators, and the importance of being responsive to cyber attacks.

The subject matter was well-targeted, relevant and engaging. It was very valuable to hear from industry experts and peers on how people are managing and responding to what we’re currently seeing in the litigation space.
An excellent event with a good balance of panel discussions and roundtables. A good venue and plenty of opportunity to network with peers. Would attend again in the future
I attended this event for the first time this year, and it was an excellent platform for inhouse lawyers to network and share insights on developing trends affecting most corporates. Very useful and relevant event!
Overall, the topics covered in the panel discussions and roundtable sessions were varied, interesting and current. It was also a great networking opportunity and it was great to meet so many in-house lawyers from various fields.
